The Activities Regulations will refer to the updated PGS 15:2016 (Version 1.0/Sept 2016).
This guideline from the Publication Series on Hazardous Substances (PGS) deals with hazardous substances in packaging.
The amendment regulations also incorporate a number of new or revised NEN standards into the general regulations.



Furthermore, the following new or revised PGS guidelines from 2016 will be designated as BAT documents
in the Ministerial Regulation on environmental law (Mor):

-PGS 15 on packaged dangerous substances
PGS 29 on storage of flammable liquids in vertical cylindrical tanks above ground
PGS 32 on explosives for civil use

The Ministry wants the change to take effect on 1 October 2017.
