F30 Hiltra® display cabinets
Certification:
- Tested and approved F30 according to EN-14470-1 (04-2004) and EN 1363-1 (06-2000).
- Tested and approved F10 in accordance with FM 6050 (Factory Mutual international) - Additional certification in progress.
- Standard cabinet labelling according to ISO 3864 and EN 14470-1 (04-2004) standards and 92/58/CEE 'european directive' and FM regulation.
Features:
- 30 minutes fire resistance according to the ISO 834 fire curve.
- Can be driven under by forklift/pallet truck by removing the front panel (bottom).
- Self-closing doors which can be locked open. At a temperature of approx. 43°C, the door(s) will close automatically. (Door closer(s) with temperature fuse).
- Glass in the door(s) for a good view on the stored products.
Passive safety:
- Cabinet finish melamine: corrosion-resistant with good chemical-resistant properties.
- Cupboard colour RAL735/light grey, with corners RAL1023/yellow.
- Door(s) with fire resistant glass, thickness 17 mm.
- Safety marking according to EN 14470-1 and FM 6050.
- Height adjustable shelves (per 32 mm).
- Base of the cabinet provided with a removable drip tray and perforated cover plate.
Active safety:
- Ventilation flanges Ø 100 mm for connection to external air or mechanised extraction (fan).
- Self-closing door(s).
- Door(s) equipped with 3-point locking.
- Sparkproof locking system.
- Base of cabinet fitted with adjustable feet.
Optional:
- Additional tray shelf(s).
