General specifications
Chemical containers modularly connected:Certification:
- Designed as a non-fireproof storage container in accordance with the directive PGS 15.
- General approval of the German Institute for Structural Engineering, DIBt Berlin.
Housing (walls, roof and door):
- Door, walls and roof manufactured from a hot-dip galvanised sheet piling.
- The roof is equipped with an integrated rain gutter on both long sides.
- Maximum roof load (snow load) 100 kg/m2.
- Maximum wind load on the walls: w = 0.40 KN/m2.
- Maximum wind suction on roof and walls: w = -0,25 KN/m2.
Door:
- In the short side a single wing door 1300x1890 mm, with handle, panic lock on the inside and lockable with a cylinder.
- inside and lockable with a cylinder lock.
Drip tray:
- Liquid tight drip tray made of 3 mm steel plate with removable grid floor.
- galvanised grid floor.
- Sump with liquid-tightness certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland e.V.
Ventilation openings:
- Natural ventilation through openings under the roof and above the collection tray.
Hazard identification:
- Hazard indication by pictograms in accordance with PGS 15.
Installation/delivery:
- The individual modules are transported and delivered packaged or (pre-)assembled. The modules are assembled at your site.
